    Have you ever wanted to explore the practice of meditation but did not know where to start?  Then this program is for you!

    It is meant to give you gentle introduction to the practice of meditation.

    Each session will include an overview and guided meditation in the practice techniques.

    There is no better environment than meditation in which to build the stability, clarity and strength of our mind.

    It’s a practice that anyone can do.

    This program will be offered the first Sunday of every month.
