    How might we create change for the better in the aggressive and polarized times we live in? One way we can make a difference is through compassion. Learning to establish and maintain compassion provides an important way to help the troubled world. Compassion training provides an accessible way to touch into what we value most, unleashing genuine kindness toward self and others.

    We invite you to this free course in compassion through Matteson Shambhala Meditation Group. The course will be facilitated by Tim Pedigo and will meet on Saturdays from May 25th through July 6th (We will take a break for June 28th). 

    The class will meet from 9 am to noon for the first week and 9 am to 11 am for the remaining weeks.
