All are invited to our Winter Solstice day of silent meditation.    On Sunday, December 22nd, 2019 join us as we  sit in the silence of the first day of Winter.    This program is ideal for new and seasoned practitioners, and a wonderful opportunity to deepen our meditation experience of calmly abiding with one’s own body and mind.

Sitting and walking meditation will alternate with occasional teachings throughout the day focused on developing self-compassion and gentleness with oneself.  There will be a final group discussion at the end.

Meditation instruction will be available for newcomers and partial attendance is welcome.  This program will be in silence till the closing group discussion.
