In the Tibetan language nyin means “day” and thun means “session.” For new and seasoned practitioners, this is an ideal opportunity to deepen the meditation experience of calmly abiding with one’s own body-mind.

As one of quarterly nyinthuns that coincide with seasonal transitions, this day of practice will coincide with the  Fall Equinox, which  can illuminate and strengthen being who we are.

Meditation instruction will be available for newcomers and partial attendance is welcome.  Sitting and walking meditation will alternate with occasional short inspirational presentations throughout the day.
