Shambhala Sadhana

    Once a month on or near the full moon, community members gather to practice the Shambhala Sadhana.  This guided practice liturgy was developed by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche as a means of deepening our confidence in, as well as our personal and social connection with, Basic Goodness.  How do we recognize basic goodness on the cushion or off, whether joyful or depressed, in pleasure or in pain, awake or asleep?
